All you need to do now is open the console up, type in your commands, andn hit enter! You should now be able to open and close the debug console by hitting the tilde key (~).
Save and close the file, then launch The Witcher 3.
Add a new line at the bottom of the document and paste in 'DBGConsoleOn=true.' Click on the 'Local Files' tab, then click 'Browse Local Files.' Select the 'Properties' option from the menu.
